Late Arrival: Your time is valuable, and we hope you value our time as well. Clients who are no more than 10 minutes late will receive a shortened service with no discount. Please know, this may mean no extractions, shortened massage, or shortened masque time. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule for another day and will incur a late cancellation fee.
Late cancellation: We understand that life happens, and plans change; however, any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will incur a late cancelation fee of 25% of your service. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. However, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you or someone you have been around are ill; in which case the late cancellation fee will be waived.

No Show: If you do not show to your appointment you will incur a no-show fee that is 50% of your booked service price. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.

Contact: You will be contacted within1 week prior to your appointment as a reminder. After your appointment, you will be contacted within 1 week as a follow up to check on your skin.
​
Consultation: Please fill out your consultation card completely and as accurately as possible. Failure to do so could yield undesirable results or an unwanted reaction such as but not limited to skin irritation, swelling, skin sensitivity or burns. It is your responsibility to update your information with any changes at the beginning of each service.
​
Children: The only time children are permitted in the treatment area is when they are receiving a service. While we love children, the treatment area is not safe for unsupervised children.
​
Cell Phones: Due to the relaxing nature of skin treatments we ask that you please silence or turn your phones off when arriving for your appointment.
​
Photos: Photos and/ or video of you, the client may be taken at any time. These photos are used for social media as well as progress photos for you to look back on.
​
Food: To maintain a pleasant and clean atmosphere we kindly ask that you do not bring food into the salon.
​
Payment: We currently accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment options.
​
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date. May not be redeemed for cash. You are responsible for them if lost or stollen. Gift certificates are final sale.
​
Service Refund: While we strive to always bring you the best possible experience, we do not currently offer refunds due to cost incurred in time and materials. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to address them within 72 hours of your service.
​
Product Refund: The only time a product return will be accepted is when there is an allergic reaction to the product. Product must be at least 3/4 full and returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
​
Discounts: Discounts may not be stacked, doubled, or combined unless otherwise stated. No further discounts on promotional offers or holiday inventory unless otherwise stated. Enjoy 15% off your retail product purchase when you purchase 3 or more in stock items.
​
Loyalty Program: Receive a punch for each full treatment you receive. One card per person. Valid on full length, regular price treatments, not valid for add on services.
​
Referral Program: New clients who were referred may receive $15 off your first treatment (may be applied to discounted treatments) OR 20% any regular priced Dermalogica products purchased at your first appointment. For established clients who are referring others, Enjoy $15 off per client that you refer (if you refer 4 people, that's $60 that can be applied to your service, also may be applied to discounted treatments) OR save 20% on your next full priced Dermalogica product purchase.
